Where someone has been should never determine where they can go.
We build Rare Pathways for what comes next.
WHO WE ARE
Rare Pathways is a Las Vegas based organization providing transitional housing, supportive housing, sober living, life skills programs, and workforce development.
We serve people who need more than temporary housing. They need structure, resources, opportunity, and a clear path toward sustainable independence.
WHY WE EXIST
A roof can solve an immediate problem. It does not solve everything that comes after it.
People rebuilding their lives often face housing instability, employment barriers, limited support systems, recovery challenges, and gaps in basic life skills at the same time.
WHAT WE DO
We combine stable housing with the tools people need to move forward.
Participants can receive practical life skills development, financial literacy, employment preparation, workforce development, goal planning, accountability, and individualized support within a structured living environment.
Housing is part of the program. Independence is the direction.
WHO WE SERVE
Rare Pathways supports people navigating significant transitions in their lives.
That includes young adults transitioning from foster care, individuals needing transitional or supportive housing, people rebuilding through sober living and recovery, and others working toward greater stability and independence.
The circumstances may be different. The need for a real path forward is often the same.
HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
We do not separate housing from what happens next.
Our approach connects where someone lives with how they prepare for employment, manage money, build healthy routines, develop life skills, establish accountability, and plan for independent living.
The program is designed around progress, not simply occupancy.
WHERE WE'RE GOING
Rare Pathways is building a model that can grow with the needs of the communities we serve.
That means expanding access to transitional housing, sober living, workforce development, recovery support, life skills training, and partnerships with employers and community organizations.
We are building more than places to stay. We are building pathways forward.
